Banana Pudding
Too sweet
BBQ Beef Brisket - 1 lb.
We had a Memorial Day party at our complex that Colt's catered for 40 people. Everything was amazing from the set up to the food. She arrived early, the food was amazing and everyone enjoyed. There was plenty of food (and leftovers) and we would definitely recommend to anyone looking for bbq. We had brisket, chicken, ribs and pulled pork for our meats and corn pudding, potato salad, cole slaw and beans for our sides. No complaints at all! Might do again next year.
CARROT CAKE
We have visited Colts twice in the last week. Prior to this, it had been over a year because we had a bad experience. Wow, things have changed! Our server, Jade was awesome! The brisket is delicious! The mac & cheese, mashed potatoes and corn casserole are all standouts. Finish your meal with the carrot cake because it is DELICIOUS!

BBQ Pork
probably the best pork we've ever had. Love it and will be back!
Pulled Pork Sandwich
Pork was moist and plentiful, bread toasted perfectly.
Baby Back Ribs
Ribs were delious and the mash potatoes were great. Even had enough for lunch next day
Redneck Reuben
My wife and I go here every time we're near Daytona. We've never been disappointed. The burnt ends is great but the redneck ruben is absolutely awesome. Get it "deconstructed" so your bread doesn't get soggy. We always get sauces to bring home and give to our friends.
Pulled Pork Sandwich
The pulled pork here is excellent!!! I've also had the brisket and that was excellent as well.
BBQ Beef Brisket - 1 lb.
Excellent food and service. Though, all BBQs condiments e.g. pickles, onions, etc. Should be free as they are at other BBQs. At least in Texas ALL condiments are free, part of the food. Closest bedt thing to TX style BBQ.
